1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
    • In the original packaging with tags intact
    • Free from any damage, stains, or odors

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Innerwear or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not return items without prior confirmation from our support team.

4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or damaged product).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7. Cancellation Policy
